    Description

    A fine quality mid-century 477 Silver Ice Bucket with Hinged Lid and Pyrex insert, made by Wilcox International Silver Co. Wilcox is known for its sleek, modern designs and its pieces are included in many museum collections.  This unique design features a hinged lid and handle along with a Pyrex insert.  This 2 quart ice bucket has been in my family for at least 60 years and is in excellent condition, with no dents or scratches.  It is freshly polished and gleams.  The bucket is 7.25 inches tall (12 inches to top of the handle) and is 7.25 inches in diameter. It is a solid piece, weighing 4 lb, 12 oz. Not just a wonderful show piece; it's also functional.
